Business Orders Shipping

For all “Ground” orders, INT NAILS, INC. will use “best method” and may use different carriers including but not limited to Canada Post or Purolator, for example. If priority shipping methods are selected Canada Post will be the carrier and charged to the customer. For special arrangements or if you need to expedite a shipment for an order over 200 pounds, please contact our customer service department. When completing the Shipping Details section of checkout, please provide any details or special requests in the Order Notes fields when checking out to assist our warehouse team with fulfilling your order. All orders will be updated in “My Account”.

A flat rate of $15.00 will be added to all orders under $250.00.  For orders over $250.00 free shipping will be provided.  These rates WILL NOT apply to Hazardous and/or oversized items.  Shipping for these items will be quoted separately.

A $5.00 Handling Charge will be added to all orders.

INT NAILS, INC. does not ship online orders to other countries at this time. Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time in order to guarantee same day shipping. Most orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time will be shipped same day or next business day. See below for details on returns. Note: At our discretion, INT NAILS, INC. may assess a Restocking Fee up to 25%.

Home Orders Shipping

For Home orders, INT NAILS, INC. uses Canada Post for shipping in Canada only.  INT NAILS, INC. does not ship online orders to other countries at this time.

If special delivery options are desired such as signature required or Saturday delivery, please contact us. (Additional fees will be required). Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time in order to guarantee same day shipping. Most orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday – Thursday will ship the same day or the next business day. INT Nails, INC. is closed on weekends and we observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Alberta Family Day, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labor Day, Remembrance Day,  Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

INT NAILS, INC. offers Canada Post services for Home orders in Canada.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from INT NAILS, INC. due to a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Please keep these policies in mind:

•If you received a damaged item, please contact us to replace merchandise.

•Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any products to INT NAILS, INC. Returns will not be processed without an RMA number and must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless INT NAILS, INC. made an error processing your order.
